ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On January 7, 2019, we issued a press release announcing median overall survival (mOS) in Cohorts 1-4 of our ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial evaluating CLR 131 for the treatment of relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM).
