On September 13, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the publication of a paper highlighting data from an expansion cohort of the ongoing Phase 2 CLOVER-1 study of iopofosine I 131 (“iopofosine”) in relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies in the September issue of Blood Cancer Journal, a peer-reviewed Nature journal. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
